RULES

Basic rules: Players take turns pitching their corn bags at the cornhole platform until a contestant reaches the score of 21 points. A corn bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Platforms are placed 27 feet apart, which is also 33 feet from hole to hole. Official platforms are 2 feet wide by 4 feet long, with a 6 inch hole.

INFO

Rules?

Part of the fun of cornhole is that the rules are quite flexible. The ACA has created great guidelines for people to follow, but how you play in your backyard is completely up to you! For example, the ACA suggests using cancellation scoring, while most people who play the game are actually using differential scoring.

We're always looking for other alterations on the game of cornhole. A member of the forums was kind enough to contribute a PDF with the complete rules for a game he calls "Bids". Check it out, let us know what you think!
